The City has installed an automated meter reading system. Any damage to the electronic device is a Criminal Mischief and the customer will be billed for the full replacement value of the equipment damaged.
Applications for City of Beaumont water services can be made online, by telephone to Customer Service, (409) 866-0023, or in person at 801 Main, Suite 100.
Customers will be asked to provide the following information along with their spouse information:
A residential deposit of not less than $125.00 will be required. Other deposit amounts will be based upon the account type and number of units. A $15.00 new service fee will be billed to the account. Service will be connected the following business day after service application.
Service will be terminated upon the customer’s request made by telephone or in person at 801 Main St. Suite 100.
