Effective Immediately, Southerland Street from Fourth Street to Fannett Road will be closed to through traffic until February 14, 2016. Only half of the street block will be closed through the duration of the street closure. Motorists may detour this closure using Fannett Road, Harriot Street, and 4th Street.
Motorists are asked to be aware of all detour signs, advance warnings including other signage, and travel with caution.
