Beaumont Public Library’s Main Library at 801 Pearl Street will be hosting an eight session workshop this summer entitled “Accent Management.”
The workshop will be held in the Main Library’s classroom from 1 pm to 2 pm every Monday and Wednesday beginning June 15 through July 8.
Hosted by the Library and taught by the Lamar Speech and Hearing Department, this workshop is designed for individuals with a strong command of the English language who sometimes struggle to make themselves understood because of an accent.
