At 5:46AM on Sunday, January 18, 2015, officers of the Beaumont Police Department responded to an aggravated robbery at the Fast Lane convenience store located at 10910 Eastex Freeway at the Tram Road intersection. The investigating officers found that the store clerk had heard someone enter the store and that subject produced a handgun. The clerk said the subject had her open the safe, and he removed the money. The subject then left the store in an unknown direction. Officers, including a k-9, searched the area, but were unable to locate the subject.
The clerk described the subject as a white male in a white face mask, white gloves, green T-shirt and a blue jacket.
