In 2017, by working in partnership with Dowlen Road Veterinary Center, Beaumont Animal Care (BAC) was able to provide 289 spay/neuter surgeries to the pets of local residents. Of those, 224 were provided through BAC’s adoption program and 65 were provided through BAC’s spay/neuter voucher program.
Beaumont Animal Care is proud to be able to provide these services to the public and is on track to provide more spay/neuter surgeries in 2018. Spay or neutering your pet is an important decision for any pet owner. It can reduce temperament and behavior problems, make your pets less likely to mark territory, make your pets less likely to bite and less likely to run away or get into fights.
As a reminder, animals at Beaumont Animal Care are vaccinated, microchipped and spayed or neutered prior to adoption.
Please call Beaumont Animal Care at 409-838-3304 if you have questions about qualifying for the spay/neuter voucher program.
