On Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 9:53 pm, Officers responded to an aggravated robbery that occurred in an apartment in the 6500 block of  Phelan.  Upon arrival, a 27 year old female and 22 year old male told officers they heard a knock at the door and when they opened the door, two males forced their way in and demanded “everything they had”. One of the suspects had a small, chrome firearm and was pointing it at them while he made demands. The suspects took cash, electronics and illegal narcotics.

Officers located the suspect that had the gun during the incident and recovered some of the stolen items. The suspect was identified as Chacoby Clarence Hall, 21 year old Beaumont resident.  Hall was arrested and booked in to Jefferson County Jail for 2 counts of Aggravated Robbery and Retaliation.  Detectives are still investigating the incident and the gun has not been recovered at this time.
