On August 22, 2016 at 6:21a.m., Officers responded to Jason’s Deli (535 Dowlen Road) in reference to an Aggravated Robbery. When Officers arrived, it was discovered that two black males, had entered the front door of the store while a product delivery was taking place. There were two Jason’s Deli employees and a delivery driver inside the business when the robbery occurred. The suspects are described as approximately 5’6 and 5’11 both wearing bandanas over their faces. One of the suspects used a black and silver handgun to threaten the employees. The suspects zip tied the employees and forced the manager to open the safe, at gun point. The employees complied with the robbers demands and the suspects are believed to have fled the area on foot, with a large amount of cash. None of the employees reported any injuries.

Detectives are working to gather further information and will release surveillance video or pictures as it becomes available.
