Beaumont Police Detectives are investigating a homicide.

 

On Saturday, 04/30/2016 at approximately 6:27 pm. Beaumont Police Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of 22^nd St. in reference to a victim of a shooting.

After further investigation Detectives were called to the scene.  Detectives are investigating the incident as a homicide. A person in the home at time was arrested and charged.  That person was later transported to the Jefferson County jail.

Due to the severity of this ongoing investigation, NO names or other information is being released at this time.
