On Monday August 24, 2015, around 215 am, officers responded to the 5500 block of Calder in reference to an alarm. Officers received further information that a robbery had just occurred. A black male, 5’7” approximately 160 lbs, wearing all black and a camouflage mask entered the store and demanded money from the clerk. The black male fled from the store in an unknown direction with an undetermined amount of money. According to the clerk the black male wore gloves and was armed with a pistol. A thorough search was done by the units on the scene but they were unable to locate the suspect. Detectives are diligently working on this case. Updates will follow as information is received.
