Beaumont Police Investigating shooting at 3580 S. MLK Pkwy

Last night at 10:47 p.m. Beaumont Police Officers responded to 3580 S. Martin Luther King Parkway in reference to a victim of a shooting. Officers located 2 victims, a male and female inside a apartment bleeding from gunshot wounds they had sustained. Both victims were transported to a local hospital and are listed in critical condition.

Through the investigation detectives were able to identify the suspect as Eric Deshaune Busby Jr. age 18, from Beaumont. Beaumont Police are asking for help in locating this suspect and you can help by contacting us at 409-832-1234 or Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas at 409-833-TIPS (8477). Busby currently has 2 Aggravated Assault warrants as this investigation continues.
