On Saturday, September 24, 2016, at approximately 11:56pm, Officers responded to the 800 block of Grant, in reference to an Auto Recovery. Investigation revealed that, Eddie Stephens, Toiy Jackson, Kendale Henton, and Darrell Durousseau were in possession of two stolen utility trailers and two lawnmowers. An Auto Theft Task Force Detective was notified and after the investigation was complete, Stephens, Jackson, Henton, and Durousseau were transported to the Jefferson County Jail. The men were each charged with two counts of Felony Theft, one count of Misdemeanor Theft, and one count of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
