On Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 3:00 a.m. Beaumont Police responded to a crash in the 1300 block of Park Street. Officers arrived to find the vehicle involved completely engulfed in flames.
The investigation has revealed that the driver was traveling at a high rate of speed before losing control. The driver then struck a building and a parked vehicle on the northeast corner of Park and Blanchette. The driver was pronounced deceased on scene and has been identified as Bruce Wayne Green Jr., age 41. The investigation is still on-going.
