Sunday, August 4, 2019 at 1:43 am, officers responded to 350 Pinchback Rd in reference to a victim of a stabbing. Upon arrival officers observed a 35 year old man with a laceration to the neck and chest and he was bleeding profusely. Beaumont EMS arrived on scene and transported the man to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital for treatment. The investigation revealed the victim was involved in a verbal disturbance with his girlfriend, Thomasina Everett, a 34 year old Beaumont woman. Everett grabbed a large kitchen knife and assaulted the victim. Everett was arrested for Family Violence Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and transported to Jefferson County Correctional Facility.
