The Beaumont Police Department is hosting 4 Citizen Safety Seminars over the next two weeks, beginning today, Monday, November 26, 2018 5:30-7:30 p.m at the Central Park Community Center located at 2925 Fannin. These seminars are completely FREE and open to the public.
BPD is committed not only protecting and serving our community, we also want to educate our citizens on how to protect themselves. During the seminars, citizens will learn strategies on how to be more aware and prepared, to avoid becoming a victim of crime. We will discuss Holiday Shopping Safety, Walking/Running Safety, Home/Apartment Safety, Identity Theft & Internet Safety, Current Crime Trends and more! You will learn not only how to prevent but also what to do if you find yourself in a dangerous situation. There will also be many different brochures available covering topics such as crime prevention, emergency preparedness, child ID kits, ect.

Monday, November 26, 2018 5:30- 7:30 p.m.- Central Park Community Center located at 2925 Fannin.
Thursday, November 29, 2018 5:30- 7:30 p.m.- Alice Keith Park Community Center located at 4050 Reed.
Monday, December 3, 2018 5:30- 7:30 p.m.- Rogers Park Community Center located at 1455 Dowlen Road.
Thursday, December 6, 2018 5:30- 7:30 p.m.- J.P. Davis Community Center located at 3580 E. Lucas.
Doors will open at 5:00 p.m. for each seminar! Handouts will be provided, Questions welcome!!
