Wednesday, July 12, 2017 @ approximately 6:16 a.m.  officers responded to the 400 block of  Yorktown Ln, in reference to a Burglary in Progress. Upon arrival, the resident told officers he was getting ready for work and had his garage door open. He said he was startled by one of two suspects in his patio area- between the garage and his residence.  Suspect #1 pointed a firearm at the resident. The resident ran to get his gun and the suspect shot several rounds through the patio glass window.

Suspect #1 is described as a thin, black male, 6’0 to 6’2″, in his 20’s, wearing a black hat, red bandana over his neck and face, and a white tank top. He was carrying a black semi- automatic handgun.

The complainant said the second suspect was a black male and didn’t know if they fled on foot or in a vehicle.
