The Beaumont Police Narcotics and Special Assignments Units have been working together for several months on target locations that are suspected to be delivering narcotics in and around the 4000 block of Buffalo. After extensive surveillance, investigators were able to obtain a search and arrest warrant for 4030 Buffalo that named three Beaumont men.
Friday, August 23, 2019 at approximately 10:00 am, Beaumont Police Narcotics, Special Assignments, SWAT and K-9 Units executed the warrants and arrested the three named suspects. This was considered a high risk search warrant because the suspects had surveillance equipment, extensive criminal history, and known weapons were on scene. Investigators located a large amount of narcotics and evidence located in the residence. A large amount of suspected MDMA (approximately 380 grams), several pounds of marijuana, liquid THC and various prescription pills were located along with over 10 cases of Promethazine (Over 16 gallons). Four loaded handguns were located inside the house. (1- .38 revolver, 1 – .357 magnum revolver, 1 – FN 5.7, and 1 – Bersa .380) A large amount of cash was found throughout the house stored in different locations. The suspected drugs, money and guns were seized as evidence.
The three suspects, Patrick Dwayne Gipson, a 35 year Beaumont man, Wendall James Kirtman, a 31 year old Beaumont man, and Travion Dwayne Parkerson, a 31 year old Beaumont man, were transported to the Jefferson County Jail and booked in for numerous counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Dangerous Drug and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
