Bill has been active with the Council since July 2006. He also filled and completed the unexpired term of Ward IV in January of 2015 thru May 2015. He serves as a member of the Community Block Grant Committee and has been the Chairman of the Police Advisory Committee for 4 years.

Bill is a life long resident of the City of Beaumont and Jefferson County. He was based in other states during his career for work, but his wife and children continued to maintain their home in Beaumont and he commuted for a number of assignments.
