The City is making it a little bit easier to report problems. Effective Monday, May 15, 2017 the City’s 311 Call Center will be open for business from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Sunday. According to Ricky Smith, the City’s 311 Call Center Supervisor, “these new hours will allow the City to provide enhanced service and be more responsive to our citizens.”

311 is the City’s centralized helpline where citizens can request information or report non-emergency issues such as water leaks, sewer or drainage problems, potholes, litter, stray dogs and many other things. All you have to do is dial “311” from anywhere in the City of Beaumont to connect to the 311 Call Center.

In addition to calling, citizens can report issues to 311 in other ways as well, including by email ([email protected]), by website (http://beaumonttexas.wpengine.com/311-services/), or by mobile app (the “Beaumont 311” mobile app is free to download and is available for both iPhone and Android devices).
