City to Spend $1.8 Million to Replace Defective Sewer Lines

On Tuesday, March 5^th, the Beaumont City Council approved a $1.8 million dollar pipe bursting contract with IPR South Central to replace defective sewer lines and manholes throughout the City of Beaumont.

The City of Beaumont maintains approximately 760 miles of sewer lines and over 10,000 sewer manholes. This project, along with other sewer projects approved by the City Council, will help the City keep its sewer infrastructure in working order.
