Sgt. Rob Flores is our on-call PIO. Rob will issue press releases by noon on Saturday and Sunday for major calls that break overnight. At his discretion , he may be available for soundbites or interviews on stories generated from those press releases.
For information on active breaking calls please call our Dispatch Supervisor at 409-880-3865. The Dispatch Supervisor will give you preliminary basic information. You can use that basic information to determine if you need to send a reporter and photographer to the scene of the breaking call. Once at the breaking call, you may be able to obtain additional information from an on-scene Patrol Supervisor.
