BPD Detectives arrested Rochelle Raedawn Kelly, 30 year old Beaumont woman, around 3:00pm today at 125 IH10 N. for the Aggravated Robbery that occurred on August 2, 2016 at the TETCO Convenience Store located at 5590 Calder.
Detectives investigated information they received from a crime stopper tip. Kelly was charged with Aggravated Robbery and has a $100,000 bond.
Beaumont Police are investigating an Aggravated Robbery that occurred on August 2, 2016 at about 5:16am at the 7-11 Convenience Store located at 5590 Calder. The suspect is described as a heavy set, light-skinned, black female with tattoos on her left forearm (and possibly on the right as well). After entering the store, the suspect approached the clerk and asked to purchase cigarettes. The suspect then implied that she had a weapon concealed under a bag and demanded money. After robbing the store, the suspect fled South on foot.
