Yes, the Libraries offer free eBooks and free eAudio Books through two online portals. Overdrive and Cloud Library from Bibliotheca. Cloud Library is a consortium with dozens of other libraries around the State of Texas. Both have links to sign-in from our website and more information.

Anyone living within Beaumont city limits is eligible to receive a free residential library card. Bring your Texas ID with a current address to any of the four circulating libraries and staff would be happy to assist. Anyone from outside the city may also get a non-resident card for a nominal fee.
