The City has established policies in accordance with Texas state law. The Purchasing policies are designed to promote competition, prevent favoritism, and secure the best goods and services at the lowest price.

The Purchasing Division’s office is located in City Hall, 801 Main Street, Suite 315, Beaumont, Texas. Regular business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Vendors are welcome any time during business hours, but it is recommended that you call for an appointment to ensure availability.
