On Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at about 11:16 p.m., Officers responded to the area of Harrison and Center in reference to a Shots Fired call. Upon arrival, Officers discovered a black male laying in a grassy area, suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is listed in critical condition. Detectives responded to the scene and preliminary investigation reveals a possible white male suspect driving an older model, green, Ford Dually (possibly F-250 or F-350), with a yellow light bar on top of the truck.
