Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple, time honored technique that is easy to learn.  It helps to reduce stress and increase wellness.  It also brings better focus and helps people become centered and more balanced.

The Sahaja Yoga Meditation is offered every Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm at the Elmo Willard Branch Library.  The program is free and open to the public with meditation lasting for one hour.
