Elmo Willard Library announces Smart Change Seminar

The Elmo Willard Library Branch announces a partnership with MobilOil Credit Union. MobilOil Credit Union will present a Smart Change Seminar at the Elmo Willard Library located at 3590 East Lucas Drive in Beaumont. The seminar will take place at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, March 8, 2016.

The March presentation is Budgeting. The seminar will explain:

– Steps to set up a spending plan
– Spending leaks
– Tracking spending & ways to save
– Short & Long Term financial goals
– Audit process & revising goals
– Financial tools
