Elmo Willard Library announces Smart Change Seminar

The Elmo Willard Library Branch announces a partnership with MobilOil Credit Union.  MobilOil Credit Union will be presenting a Smart Change Seminar at the Elmo Willard Library located at 3590 East Lucas Drive in Beaumont.  The seminar will take place at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, November 10, 2015.

The November presentation is Build a Basic Budget.  Can you recall where you spent your last ATM withdrawal?  Do you live paycheck to paycheck? You are not alone!  By attending the Build a Basic Budget presentation you will learn:
