Local author Ey Wade will discuss her writings at 6 p.m., Thursday, November 13 during a program at the Main Branch of the Beaumont Public Library System (801 Pearl Street). Born in Beaumont, Wade has written several books in a variety of genres, including suspense, romance, and juvenile picture books. She will highlight her novel Perfect Solution, which deals with child safety and daycare centers, and her multiracial American history book entitled Beads on a String – America’s Racially Intertwined Biographical History. Copies of some of her books will be available for purchase and for the author to sign.

The program is free and open to the public.
