The Elmo Willard Branch Library is celebrating National Art Appreciation Month with our annual Aspiring Artist Exhibit and a series of art workshops entitled, “Explorations in Art”. During August, ages 6 through adult can take part in art classes at the Willard Library on Thursday evenings from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Different styles of art will be discussed each Thursday and then participants can try their hand at creating artwork. The following art styles will be covered
- August 9 – The Silhouette
- August 16 – Landscapes
- August 23 – Cubism
- August 30 – Action Art
