U.S. Marshall’s advised that Myles was considered Armed & Dangerous. Beaumont Police located the suspect vehicle, at the Petro Truck Stop at Walden and IH-10. When Officers approached the area, Myles fled from Officers, on the IH-10 service road, westbound. Myles then lost control of his vehicle and wrecked near Major Drive and IH-10. Due to the violent nature of the crimes Myles committed and the fact that he did not immediately comply with Officers commands to exit the vehicle, extreme caution was used when taking him into custody. A handgun was located inside Myles’ vehicle. Detectives are working with Louisiana Authorities as well as the U.S. Marshall’s Office on this investigation.
