Man Arrested for Stabbing His Girlfriend and Assaulting His Sister

Monday, April 2, 2018 at 7:36pm, Officers responded to 1096 Georgia, (Hacienda Apartments) in reference to a victim of a stabbing.  Upon arrival officers learned a Beaumont woman was packing her clothes and trying to leave her 36 year old boyfriend,  Dameion Jakeith Hall.  Hall became upset and started stabbing her several times with a knife. Hall’s sister tried to stop the attack and he struck her in the head with his fist or an unknown object and knocked her to the ground.  The girlfriend managed to escape from the apartment and run for help. A neighbor called the police.  Hall left the scene in a gray Nissan.

Hall was located a short time later at 1397 Washington (M&M Express).   Hall was arrested for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon- Family Violence and  Assault – Family Violence.

Hall’s girlfriend was transported to a local hospital and taken to surgery. She is expected to survive the injuries.

There were three adults, two teenagers, and several small children in the apartment during the assaults.
