Sunday, March 15, 2015 at 2:02am, officers responded to 1159 S. 11th St. ( Circle Trailer Park) in reference to reports of a man shooting his wife. As officers were approaching the area the caller advised the actor was leaving in a gray Suburban. Officers located the vehicle attempting to leave the complex and were able to take the actor into custody without incident. Officers responded to the trailer and located the actor’s 24 year old wife, suffering from two gunshot wounds to the chest. Beaumont EMS responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased.
CPS was called to the trailer to assist with the couple’s three small children.
The actor was identified as Raul Castaneda 40 year old Beaumont man. He was arrested for Murder and transported to JCCF. He currently has a bond of $1,000,000.
The victim does not have family in the area and next of kin has not been notified.
