On September 17, 2015, the Beaumont Public Library, in conjunction with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), will host a naturalization ceremony recognizing new candidates for U.S. citizenship. The ceremony will take place at 10:00 am in the Main Library located at 801 Pearl Street. This is the 2nd year the library will host the event.
A federal court official will administer the oath of allegiance and present the candidates their certificates of naturalization. The public is invited to attend the ceremony.
ESL classes on Thursday morning will be cancelled due to the naturalization ceremony.
