This afternoon at 12:22 p.m., Beaumont Police Officers served multiple warrants in connection to the recent Burglaries throughout the city. The warrants yielded property from multiple burglaries, which included guns, Jewelry, and other items.
Due to very good police work by the Special Assignments Unit and Burglary Detectives, we believe this will allow us to clear several recent burglaries and return important valuables to our citizens. We are asking the public to continue keeping an eye out and helping us with any information leading to the arrest of burglars.
Officers were able to arrest one of the suspects identified as Jonathan Paul Smith, age 20 from Beaumont.
