There will be a Press Conference in the BPD Training Classroom at 3:00 PM in reference to the Capital Murder that occurred this morning at 6155 Sienna Trails. The victims have been identified as Kera Teel, a 19 year old Beaumont woman and Kera’s newborn baby, Kyndal Jae Teel. The victim’s family will be present during the Press Conference.
