All winning bids must be paid through the Rene’ Bates website. Winners will have until September 7th to pay for items, and until September 15th to retrieve their items and will be responsible for bringing any equipment needed to move the items. Title transfers and Bill of Sales will be handled by the City of Beaumont Purchasing Department.

Auctions are typically held twice a year, in August and in March, and include a wide variety of items from different city departments. You never know what will be available, so make sure to check each auction when it is posted.
