Effective immediately, Bigner Road between Roland Road and the Neches River will be closed to all traffic. Due to the heavy rains over the past weekend flooding has been observed on Bigner Road from Roland Road to the Neches River. This closure will remain in effect until further notice.
Motorists should not approach Bigner Road north of Roland Road and should travel with caution when in the vicinity of the closure.
