Effective Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 7 AM, the Eastbound lanes at Avenue A & Washington Boulevard will be closed to traffic until Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 5 PM. This closure will allow the Washington Capital Project to install storm sewer line facilities in the south side of the intersection. Two-way traffic will remain in the Westbound Lanes. Motorists are asked to be aware of all detour signs, advance warnings including other signage, and travel with caution.
