On 12/3/2016, at 4:10 PM, Beaumont Fire Rescue units responded to a structure fire reported at 2095 Kingsley. When firefighters arrived, they found heavy smoke and flames showing from the upper room of the house. Firefighters were able to make a quick attack and control the fire. The fire caused major damage to the home. The occupants of the home were not present at the time of the fire and there were no injuries. The fire appears to have been caused by a pot left on the stove. The fire then spread up the wall and through the floor to the upper room of the home. The fire is considered to be accidental. Red Cross was called to assist the occupants of the home.
