At approximately 8:00 AM, Beaumont Fire Rescue units responded to a reported structure fire at 3895 Youngstown. There were multiple calls reporting the fire. When firefighters arrived there were flames visible from one room of the home. Firefighters made a quick attack and were able to confine the fire to one room. No one was home at the time of the fire and there were no injuries. The fire appears to have been caused by a space heater left on in the room and too close to combustibles.
