At approximately 10:05 AM, Beaumont Fire Rescue units responded to a structure fire at 2135 Hemlock. When firefighters arrived there was heavy smoke visible. They found one room on fire in what was a vacant home. The fire was quickly extinguished and confined to the one room. The cause of the fire appears to be deliberate. Two juvenile males were seen entering the house shortly before the fire was discovered. The investigation is continuing.
