Beaumont police detectives, with assistance from BISD PD, were able to obtain a murder warrant for the arrest of a suspect in last week’s murder case at 987 Sun Meadow. The suspect, Tyrece D’Andre Harris, 17 year old from Beaumont, came to the Beaumont Police Station and turned himself over to police custody at 10:00PM on 5/6/2016. He was then transported to the Jefferson County Jail on the murder charge with a five hundred thousand dollar bond.
