The Elmo Willard Branch Library is hosting tutoring sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. The instructors, Nancy Larzo (409-499-9193) and Wendy Smith (409-617-0717) asked that parents bring their children and pick them up at the designated time with their homework or other materials that they need assistance with which pertain to math or reading including their library book at their reading level.
The instructors are providing their time for free and have stated that they do not babysit. Their tutoring schedule is aligned with the BISD school calendar and tutoring will not take place on teacher holidays or workdays. You may call the above numbers for an appointment.
