Beaumont Police have an adult male and two juvenile males in custody for the auto burglary captured on video, Wednesday, July 12, 2017. All three have admitted being the individuals that committed the auto burglary in the 1500 block of Marshall Wood Dr.
Detectives will file Attempted Capital Murder on all three suspects tomorrow morning, July 20, 2017, for the shooting during an attempted burglary in the 400 block of Yorktown Ln. Wednesday, July 12, 2017.
The adult male has been identified as Dustin Jermaine Bernard, a 21 year old Beaumont man. Dustin was on probation for Theft by Possession and his probation was revoked once he was captured on video committing a crime. Bernard was not only arrested for the MTRP ( Motion To Revoke Probation) warrant, but a new charge of Forgery- with a $250,000 bond, Burglary of a Vehicle and more charges are pending for all three suspects.
