On Friday, February 20, 2015 at 7:03 PM, officers located Terrel Segura, 48 year old Beaumont resident, in the 5600 block of College. He was the victim of a hit and run auto pedestrian crash and the vehicle that struck him fled the scene. Investigators have notified next of kin and are working to locate the person and vehicle that struck Segura.
The vehicle was captured on video and is possibly a black or dark colored Chevy extended cab pick up.
