On Friday, September 7, 2018, at 9:22 p.m., Beaumont Police responded to the St. Elizabeth Wellness Center, located at 3030 North, in reference to an Auto Theft that had just occurred. When Officers arrived, they discovered that the victim was approached by two black females asking for money and a ride. When the victim refused, one suspect threatened to kill the victim and insinuated that she was armed, demanding the victim’s vehicle. The victim complied and both suspects fled the scene in the victim’s gray Toyota truck.
On Sunday, September 9, 2018, at about 7:15 p.m., one of the suspects called BPD dispatch and admitted that she was one of the persons who robbed the victim at the Wellness Center. Detectives and Officers were able to located the victim’s stolen truck and take both suspects into custody. The suspects are identified as 18 year old Iceses Kevona Mason (pictured below in orange) and 19 year old Jasmine Brianna-Faith Savoy (pictured below in green). They were both transported to the Jefferson County Jail and charged with Aggravated Robbery.
